Record-Breaking 74-Hour Podcast

In July 2008, history was made. Below is the downloadable result. Keith, Chemda, and their array of guests kept the Keith and The Girl live feed running for over 74 hours in a row to set a record for the longest podcast ever created – over 3 full days of laughter and tears.

Whether it was a celebrity phone call, crank calls, in-studio live music, chats with some of the greatest comedians or deep discussions about sex and race, the show flowed from beginning to end. With a portion of the proceeds supporting Asperger Syndrome research, the show included huge laughs and sincere heartache. From a virgin that’s way too old to be a virgin to nervous parents-to-be to a psychic witch, what started as a telethon that was going to enshrine KATG in the Guinness record books forever turned into something magical.
