I'm surprised nobody has asked this yet, but are we playing prisoner dodgeball? That's all we used to play back in grade-school.
Basically... if you get hit or if someone catches your ball, you go into a small area behind the opponents team. From here, your team can try lobbing the ball to you in the prison. If they succeed you can attempt to peg someone on your opponent's team. If you do, you can get out of jail.
