And I agree with Keith that suicide is the ultimate in selfishness. You force your family and friends to pick up the pieces for years after you're gone. My friend's father blew his brains out with a shotgun. Her mother has been in nothing but fucked up relationships ever since, and she has her own issues she's still dealing with. Her brother seems to be doing okay now, but he did turn fundie Christian after it and works as some sort of youth pastor down South. So I guess he's also still dealing with shit in his own way.
