I admitted I was wrong in a previous post.. To quote myself from yesterday, "my bad, i must have been reading the wrong comment page cause i found my post.."
I listened to his entire show and found parts of it to be funny, like the part where he said his dreams are so lame... I wasn't attacking him as a podcaster, I just felt that IF he was censoring posts, then he was being an asshole..Ive seen it happen with other blogs and message boards, where the moderator censored all opposing points of view.. It turns out I was wrong, as I was reading the posts from the show previous to show 39, which made it look like all the posts I read and posted were erased...I was wrong...

I do have an issue with broadcasters and podcasters especially, preaching free speech and open dialog, while all the while imposing some self made censorship on the medium...As for it not being a derogatory statement , he basically said that Keith is a crass unfunny person, Chemda is nothing more then a laughtrack, and Brolo is a publicity whore, and in turn KATGs entire audience are idiots.... Its not really a "you suck we rule" attitude, ... He wanted to make a statement and he had to expect a response. Really i think what he wanted was for the much larger KATG audience to find out about his podcast and in turn listen to it... He got what he wanted, but he has to expect some negative response also..

It was obviously a parody, but if someone was to listen without that in mind, I can understand how they might be offended.

It's just too bad that such an amazing community (that of podcasting) has to be invaded by the all too familiar "you suck and we rule" theory of life. There's plenty of room for everyone and without falling into the "can't we all just get along" trap, can't we at least be adults and treat each other with some civility?
