I too would guess Eastpointe. Harper Woods has already turned into Detroit, so that would be old news. Eastpointe is getting worse daily. Not only is it getting darker, but the taxes and water are sky high.
In the history of the world, blacks have never improved a neighborhood. They always make things worse.
