I don't know, man - Bruno's a non-violent little stoner who's whacking himself in the forehead in front of a webcam in his bedroom for the love and acclaim of hundreds of fans, not out beating people up and trying to jack convenience stores. He's 14, not ten - young, but not a child. He could be doing a LOT worse. At least now he gets the attention and we get the lols.
BTW, I completely lost it when Bruno exhaled that cinnamon cloud. Hot damn, the kid's got a future in comedy.
