The phrase is "Tu as une tête de merde" (or "Vous avez une tête de merde," if you're being formal to someone with whom you are unfamiliar or wish to be respectful toward) or, "you have a head of shit." Remember, they are very prideful of their language and typically react like Bill O'Riely with a tele-prompter when it isn't spoken appropriately.
