Most ISPs give you 3 notices. After the third one they will disconnect your service. Clicking on the link isn't admission of anything since you are either forced to do it or cancel the service.
ISPs don't care what you download as long as you pay them. They are not lawyers, and you aren't being sued. Be lucky they are giving you the notice, and not your name to the authorities.
