My guess is, she is trying to decide if she likes you well enough to have sex with you again.. so she has picked the ole "lunch date" so that she can get to know you better, if you treat her like a sex object and just push for sex, my guess is she will push you away and it will be done.
go with the flow, be witty, charming, funny, keep her smiling, and don't ask for anything, play a little hard to get, and then the next time you have plenty of time to have some fun. I would say that the lunchtime quickie something for when you have a relationship together and you both know that without words. "lunch" doesn't mean mcdonalds anymore.
