I'll be recording my next show in the next few days but my main concern is recording a good clean level to begin with. If I can get that right then post-production won't involve as much trial and error with getting everything right. My iRiver gets lodged where my speedometer is behind the steering wheel so all the vibrations run through that - I need to either cushion it or suspend from the air (sure, it'll occasionally smack me in the face but 'meh') or get one of those things that you attach to your window to hold a GPS or a mobile phone.

OR

Just record somewhere else but at this stage it's the best time for me to do it.
