How do you define Nazis?
Nazis (as german ww2 army members) where drafted.
Arab extremists are volunteer.
It is very unlikely that all Germans where nazis and that all of german-nazi-army members where ideologically nazi-believers.
Now, you can make the question about SS and affiliates, that would be a competitive question.
