I guess the answers are all either "god did it", or "you make up your own ending". the interviewer didn't bother to ask any important philosophical story questions, like why all the faith testing throughout the series, what was the point...I assume you just make up the answer for yourself on everything.
I'm going to make up that the God in the show had an IQ of about 65 and wasn't all knowing, wasn't all powerful. Oh look, now it all makes sense.
They should end all movies like this!
