I will find some and post them. I have some really fatty foods that I love but can't make anymore due to my weight loss. One that I really liked was lemon pepper chicken.
3 boneless chicken breasts
lemon pepper seasoning (Tones is the best brand for this recipe)
Veggie oil (enough to coat the bottom of the pan)
Steamed rice
Cut chicken into pieces
Heat oil on med in skillet
Put chicken in skillet
Sprinkle with desired amount of lemon pepper
Cook until done (peices of chicken easily come apart when smooshed)
Put chicken over steamed rice and enjoy!
Homeade recipe so I don't have exact increments
If more country home town recipes are desired then I will post more. But this is the healthiest I've created.
