For me, it's not having a commute while I get my 2nd bachelor's degree, and having my own office to play around in as much as I want.
This is so true. I hear coworkers complain nonstop about our place of work and it gets quite hard to listen to after a while. Many of them are joining this job right out of school and have had little to no experience in the working world. They don't even realize how good they have it. I busted my ass all day at a warehouse job all through high school and college, so the position I have now is a fucking cakewalk in comparison. Sure, it's not always fun and it's not always perfect... but if I ever have a bad day I just think back to 5 years ago when I was driving a forklift, packing shit on pallets by hand and loading trucks in incredibly muggy 100 degree weather.
