Anybody used
e-cigs? There seems to be a lot of contradictory info out there, but one friend of mine said it worked pretty well for her. She was able to gradually step down the potency while still getting that oral fix.
Not sure about the health effects of inhaling propylene glycol, but then again the alternative is smoke, so...
