i've found it's much easier to avoid smoking when I STOP BUYING PACKS.
although cigs are relatively cheap here (marlboro lights < 4.25), the money really adds up.
also, i refuse to smoke in my car- which is where i used to do it the most.
i really been able to stop smoking as much as i used to, but i still smoke maybe 5 cigarettes a week- more if i'm drunk. which lately i have been.
