Agreed on the definition of pretentious but i would go for voting the option closer to the truth.
If you think she is bragging, then you should vote yes.
Or better, not vote at all, which is always a good choice (and yes, i mean ALWAYS)
Personally i feel that she tried to pull the "sex goddess who's alsosmart and has a sense of humour", without succeding. First because she is attractive but not a sex symbol, second because she has zero irony and it shows. So yes the commercial is pretentious.
