I got my copy yesterday, unfortunately I've been too busy to finish it but I've put a good dent in it so far.
I tried my hardest to avoid laughing out loud so I could get my money back. At times I managed to chuckled, guffaw, giggle, snort, and belch (although for unrelated reasons), but this book is a worthy opponent and I did indeed succumb to laughing out loud.
