Yeah...it's called a fluidic valve. There are no moving marts. It's basically just a hole that the driver puts his left knee over and it channels air from the small snorkel in from of the driver through the shark fin to a slot on the bottom/back of the rear wing. They activate it on the high speed sections to lessen the low pressure vortex under the rear wing and increase their top speed by up to 10kph. When the knee is not covering the hole air is directed into the drivers capsule for cooling.
