That's the important part of that sentence. I don't think Mormons should be allowed to raise children. It's not healthy. Take them away too.
Really though, the problem is you can make whatever rules you want about this, it isn't practical to take anybody's kids away unless the circumstances are imminently dangerous. They just end up in a system that can't take care of them either. Just a different kind of messed up.
And the real answer about Keith's movie watching is not that he doesn't like anything, it's that he only has two settings. Entertainment Weekly rates things with grades. Other people use stars. Even Roger Ebert uses a scale of two thumbs up or down. Keith rates things on a scale of 1 to 2. 2 being he loves it and 1 being "I get it!"
