Too bad you didn't make it. Spectacular weather. Most dramatic start of the season. Crazy passing due to lap traffic and funky tires on a slick track. No biggie... ;-)
A lot of people bailed on this weekend so stuck with a good pair in hairpin I waded into the scum-who-are-scalpers and after a false start (bogus Brault & Martineau tent in a LAGOON!) I managed to get a fantastic seat. After getting that shitty ticket from dude I went back and demanded restitution (even did the pulled-off-my-sunglass-to-emphasize-my-point-trick) - his kickboxing coach/boss calmed me down with the Senna Curve tix. I sat with his Uncle. Bahahah. - front row section 12 in Senna Curve - FIRST corner. AND the pit exit. Almost saw another Mercedes/Ferrari tussle after pit stop.
