Well, I don't really watch a lot of TV.. I just watch sports on TV, and everything else I just watch online.. A lot of good shows mentioned, so I'll recommend a few that have been said already, and add a few of my own.
I have to start off with Fringe, I was hoping someone had mentioned that.. I think it's a really interesting show, definitely worth checking out.
Also, agree with Supernatural, House, Chuck, and Breaking Bad..
A few that haven't been mentioned (or I just didn't see them) that I also think are a pretty good watch.
The Big Bang Theory,
Bones,
Greek,
Harper's Island (Only 13 shows, kinda like a season long horror movie)
Definitely think you'd enjoy all of them, check em' out!
