Tried and failed. A friend of hers had one of those programs (I believe shazam) and as she watches the same show she tried it on the song, to no avail.
It really seems like this song just does not exist in the world, at least not in the world I know of.
I am beginning to get some major Matrix level conspiracy theories brewing about this in my head.
