But back to Rachael's issue, I kinda agree with others who say you just need to live with it. It sucks that people go around buying websites with the plan to make money, but he owns it and if you want it, you have to pay what he is selling it for.
I own a couple of websites just so no one else can have them while I get enough time and money to develop them ... others might consider that cybersquatting. If someone wanted to buy one, I'd most likely say no, even though it might appear I'm not using the address.

I agree. I don't think I'm entitled to the site I just wanted to see if there was a way I could get the .com and make it easier for my clients. I was thrown by the $5,000 and maybe the guy will eventually use the site (but if it's for a business hopefully I'll be more established then and I can sue his ass for copyright infringement
