So after several revisions, lots of sweat, swearing, and duct tape, I finished my thingy. I ended up with much stronger bulbs. I still need to tweak a few things, but it's pretty much done. Total cost was under 100$. 70$ of that was bulbs and backdrop.









In case you're wondering, there is a reason I was taking a picture of a purse. I swear it isn't mine.

Yay for inspiration! I found someone giving away a whole dark room set a while back but I was a minute too late responding. I never got to work much with film or old SLR cameras. Maybe someday...

Those pictures are trippy. The focus is on an object rather than a plane. I like.
