Taxis in Pittsburgh are mythical creatures, you definitely have to call ahead if you want one. Yellow Cab is the most popular/efficient. But just a warning that a taxi from the airport to downtown will probably run you about 40$. Our airport is nowhere near our actual city. You might be better off renting a car.
