I love farmers markets, and they can actually be super affordable if you buy what's in season. Of course this means adjusting your eating habits, but if you're really all for this kind of lifestyle, you can make it work.
As for me, I eat anything. If I get sick then I just made the wrong choice, I guess. Pretend it's Russian Roulette, but the shit-your-pants-if-you're-wrong version.
