I kind of also love the fact that you posted about this- right around the time I first saw it I was having one of those no-confidence days, and was kind of down on myself. Seriously, your positive attitude about all this (and reading about your goals and progress) made me feel way better, in a kind of "other-people-can-do-it" way, plus just knowing it's not just me that feels a bit low about myself every once in a while. You're awesome! (and I bet you look great!)
Thank you!! I have been really down in the dumps about my weight for a long time and I know I can change things around. I have no one to blame but myself if I don't right. I was hoping this thread would help anyone who needs motivating or inspiration. God knows it feels impossible to do anyhting monumental all by yourself, who can you brag to when things go your way?!?!

If you are into inspiratioanl movies you HAVE to HAVE to see "The Fighter" It is very badass in my opinion!

I am getting up at 5:30 in the morning and walking around the neighbourhood while I catch up on KATG. It is my quiet time. It seems to be working.

Thanks for the tips!
