Here I am, 5:20 a.m. going for a walk in the frigid Canadian north where moe then once this year a woman was killed by a snow plow...wait, this should be in the Fuck Winter thread!!!!
Couch to 5 km? I've never heard of that but it sounds exactly like a plan i've been looking for. I has thinking about joining the running room ( a store that sells high quality running gear but also holds seminars and classes for runners) so I can reach the goal of running ...well let's be honest here...1 km to start...!
Routine...without routine I couldn't get anything done...especially with a kid around. Very good advice, thank you....
BW Thank you too...I LOVE to hear success stories from Weight Watchers. I know it is the only program I have ever used that worked (I went off to have a baby too) , why, because it doesn't deprive you of anything but calories.
