Yikes now I feel a little bad for secret shopping. Hey I get free clothes, free meals, and now I have a free gym membership. Anyways I always give them the highest marks unless they are outright rude or walk away from me when I'm in the middle of a sentence. Yes sometimes places get ding'd for no one greeting you when you walk in the store, but that's because there will be a question that specifically asks if you get greeted with a place to check yes or no.
Like I said, I do it for the free stuff and I always give them better reviews than ones based on how they actually performed. It's way better that I do then some anal bastards.
