K&C kept saying he deserves jail for killing a dog, but it was animal cruelty that he was tried for. It might sound fucked up, but if you want to kill your dog, you can (not sure what different state laws might be) it's just the fucked up way some people go about it that deserves jail time. I remember a story about a man whose dog bit his child. Now if he had just shot the dog, or took it to a vet to have it put to sleep, he would have been fine. Instead, he tied it up and took something like 3 hours to beat it to death, the dude got longer then 8 months. Not to mention if the dog had bit someone else's child, the city would have stepped in and had the dog put to sleep. Not sure what my point is, taking a shotgun to Old Yeller cause he has rabies, fine, puting your dog on the "Popcorn" setting cause you snapped, well, society might not need you anymore.
And yet another great new guest, it seems the Sunday night comedy/bingo thing is really working out.
