Hearing over the years about how Chemda deals with people has helped me so much in my business. Besides the brilliant "what do we do now" I have learned not to back down.
Just tonight I get a call from my husband's aunt trying to get me to lower the cost of the family Thanksgiving Meal I'm having catered. In the past years, I would have totally just lowered the cost and paid the rest out of my own pocket. This year, no way! I was strong and her four passive aggressive attempts to back me down failed...I was elated
