In MN at least, wedding venues and bars are responsible if their clients drink too much and then drive home. It isn't like the catering manager is going to be arrested, but there are penalties and legal actions for sure. On the flip side, there was a pregnant lady that sued a bar because the bartender refused to give her a drink...so the laws are a little weird that way.

I think BB is absolutely responsible. No, they didn't MAKE him rape her, and I don't think the producers should be charged with rape, but they did establish the scenario where this could happen. I think if a television producer puts a bunch of dummies in a house and gives them booze and encourages them to be outrageous (the most outrageous ones stay for the next season and make more money) they hold a degree of responsibility. If they're making money of these people, they should also be responsible for them.

Keith mentioned bum wars today...is that really any different than the Jersey shore? Except for maybe some fake tans and smoosh rooms? It is watching a train wreck for entertainment.
