So, in the 12 years I've lived here, I view Philly as sort of an unattractive sibling. I think she's fabulous; but then someone tells me they like her, and I'm all "Really?!" The PPA sort of brings out Philly at its worst, most rude, but the city is much more of a slap and a hug. Sure, if they don't enjoy you: rude as hell. If Philly likes you, you are a citizen for life.
