Yeah, just e-mail them. Don't bring it up publicly. They're people just like the rest of us and sometimes miss a detail or two. When they forgot to drop me the sticker, I just e-mailed them and they got it right out to me (which then promply got me in trouble with the wife who opened it in front of the kids 'cause I was asleep).
That adds up to GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Don't need to deface them in front of the fans.
