Whether or not shit for brains who are anti-gay marriage could read the 14th Amendment this could be solved easier with an exclusively LGBT religion. Fine it isn't right, it's religious. Now what? Well, if the First Amendment protected them AND the 14th. The naysayers might listen more.
Funfact: My state also added to it's constitution in 1875 that “all marriages between a white person and a Negro or between a white person and a person of Negro descent to the third generation inclusive are, hereby, forever prohibited.” Legal til 96 years later. <3
