It was somewhere around Caity Quinn's 2nd or 3rd 'www dot...' that the meaning of this episode's title was revealed to me. Very clever.
Also, there are no bilingual rednecks at McDonalds where I live. Just regular ass, ignorant mullet kind. New York City really is a sophisticated place.
