i don't let my staff drink or have drugs on them during events; we have to be on point. it's a liability. i get it. it's a little different because we work in IRL public, but the internet is just as public for all intents and purposes. i lost a good venue space because the owner smelled pot in the bathroom after it was over; never mind we all smoke together elsewhere. they hadn't even smoked it, it was just a particularly pungent strain and a jar was opened to grab a little for someone else. he could have lost his business license. i fucking love pot; i still gave that person a come to jesus talkin' to. it shouldn't be illegal. it is currently in my state. it necessitates appropriate caution.
