I for one can understand Michelle Knight's forgiveness now that this guy is dead.
I was raped the summer after 9th grade and had to see the guy in school all the time. I eventually dropped out but started having panic attacks when I would see him until my boyfriend at the time slammed his skateboard over the guys head and beat the shit out of him. He had to get stitches on the inside of his head, apparently, and from that day forth i was over it.
It's amazing what a little bit of rage and revenge can do for the soul.
