God I love Jess Wood. Even whilst working a 9 to 5; she remains gangster. Jesse Joyce's scam on padding tips was clever. Not one I'd heard before. Very instructional for anyone working in a tourist-y spot.
My favorite though was the story about the gal losing her mind and changing her face. Omg. That story was so real and heartbreaking.
