The tiny dogs allowed on the flights are not actually service animals that have been trained on something but rather 'emotional support animals' aka if you get your doc to sign that you depression/anxiety/whatever is better when you animal is with you that counts. So if Jesse is anxious because of people watching him does having the dog as emotional support cancel each other out?

I had a look at the JetBlue website and this is some serious bullshit ...
