While we're on the topic of the disabled, there was a contestant on an Aussie cooking show recently. She was deaf and also had blonde hair. When she was meeting the other contestants, she made a joke about not being very smart - i.e. being "deaf dumb & blonde".
I got a decent laugh out of her joke. The rest of the dickheads were super uncomfortable, there were some nervous "heh's" and then the subject was changed.
Fuck this PC society where the disabled can't mock themselves without people getting weird.
