big budget action movies come out in the summer and still predict to do well, even when the producers know they made
garbage . Not sure where I got the idea.
They didn't rush to make it so it could release in the summer. They rushed to make it because if it wasn't made they would lose the FF rights and add another member to the Marvel Movie Universe's legion of billion dollar movies. The resources were obviously there to find better writers and directors but they didn't because they didn't fucking care to. They made a good enough movie, that has made about $100M to date, and get to keep that money out of Marvel's hands.
