The Viagra talk reminds me of how we use that drug (known generically as Sildenafil) in Pediatric Medicine in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Viagra has the action of relieving raised pressure in the pulmonary circulation which often goes hand in hand with congenital cardiac conditions and it had been quite a game changer.
