Chemda is right about the Kanye album and the attendee's of the listening party, not getting their downloads yet.
The album is available to stream on Tidal but Kanye is insisting that it's not finished. So until he decides he's actually done with it, there will be no downloadable version - only the streaming one.
This wouldn't be a big problem except that everyone who went to the Yeezy Season 3.0 event or paid to watch it in cinemas around the world, have no way of listening to the copy they were promised. They have to sign up to Tidal like everyone else, so he has screwed over a lot of his most loyal fans.
Now while Tidal does offer a 30 day free trial, it's not like Spotify or these other services that have a free ad sponsored version. You have to sign up for a monthly subscription and then cancel before the 30 days are up, so he's not making it easy for people to hear it legally.
Furthermore, before he decided on this streaming only approach, he sold a downloadable version on his website briefly. People were being charged for it but have not received their download since it's not out yet.
It's a mess.
Oh and he's now claiming there's a new album coming called 'TurboGrafx-16'.
