One technical note: your intern, who as we learn is new to podcasting, is extremely difficult to hear. It'd be great if you could be the one to teach him to get right up into the mike--right up in his face; just like he would with, um, say, a banana, or a corn dog, or... well, I don't think there's a third thing.
