i've had less anxiety coming up on a black bear than trying to navigate basic ass public transportation. i once tried to find a bus by myself in Chicago and ended up crying on a street corner in a neighborhood with quite a few paycheck advance establishments. it's a set of life skills i just didn't get and i must've glazed over those segments during Sesame Street growing up. 6 year olds can urban navigate better than me.
it's really embarrassing; but, i guess so is being dazzled by a deer.
