2 things:
1. U.S. citizens are double-taxed on investments in companies. The company pays its taxes, distributes profits, and then the owners (stockholders) that receive the profits have to pay taxes on the income.
2. Can you make it a rule that if you are that 1 person that votes against everyone else, you should have to identify yourself and state your case? I want to know if we're dealing with genius, crazy, or ignorant.
