If I had my wits about me in line at that McDonald's drive thru, I'd hand the person at checkout a $10 bill and ask (but really demand cause it's the only option) the person behind me takes it.
Do people start passing back cash?

I can't imagine the miscommunication with workers trying to explain what's going on to people going through the drive thru.
I was on vacation on the Sky Coaster the other day and these kids mumbled everything that was happening. I had no idea what they were saying until it happened. But somehow these McIdiots explained the burger centipede to everyone?
