I always cringe when I hear Chemda or the guest talking about calling Chase and yelling at the rep. I used to work at a call center and took Chase phone calls and I was always worried about getting a call from Keith or Chemda because of what I would hear on the show. I feel like I would freak out and beg them not to yell at me because I'm a listener...and then apologize about the inconvenience of their Chase debit card not working.
But I agree, customer service over the phone is the worst.
